Keukenhof by train & bus

The Netherlands is famous for its tulips, and there’s no better place to admire them than in the Keukenhof. Here you will find hundreds sorts of tulips in countless colors and variations. The Keukenhof is usually opened between the middle of March and the middle of May. In 2016, the Keukenhof is opened between March 20th and May 17th.
How to get there:
Travel by train to Schiphol (or Leyden)
If you depart from Amsterdam Central Station and travel via Schiphol, the total trip will take approx. 1 hour. At Schiphol, take bus 858 to the Keukenhof.
You can also travel to Leyden by train and take bus 854 to the Keukenhof from there on.
Please note that both these bus lines are only operated when the Keukenhof is opened.
